The audience for this show will be standing

With support by Grimsby’s own Mint.

The Wytches formed in 2011 after meeting at music college in Brighton. During these early years, the band relentlessly played any show they could find and managed to start picking up traction, eventually signing record deals with Heavenly Recordings and Partisan (for the USA).

2014 saw the release of their debut album, ‘Annabel Dream Reader’, an explosive collection of 10 tracks that weave seamlessly between explosive riffs, slick surf, furious garage rock, and fine tuned introspection. The record’s combination of visceral energy and haunting themes immediately struck a chord, introducing the band to a whole new audience. They would tour the world throughout the year, headlining shows and also sharing stages with the likes of METZ, Cloud Nothings, Blood Red Shoes, Pixies and Jamie T.

Since then, The Wytches’ discography has expanded to three further albums and countless EPs. Most recently, last year saw the band release their fourth album, ‘Our Guest Can’t Be Named’, via cult label Alcopop! Records – a testament to both their evolution and staying power.

ALICE KIM LIVE IN THE LIVING ROOM

SATURDAY 18 OCTOBER 2025

Doors open 7pm (til 11pm)

ADVANCE TICKETS £8 + booking fee

Leeds-based Alice Kim brings her unique blend of soul-folk electro-pop to Cleethorpes, for a laid-back night of new sounds, up close and personal.

Hailing from a Midlands village, Alice’s early musical interest came from her parents’ 80s record collection, stacks of her sister’s burnt RnB CDs and endless hours with a Sony Discman.

When she moved to Leeds at 18, Alice began to perform and write with different bands including New Position, Tete de Pois and Belgrave House band, touring and performing in venues such as London’s Jazz Cafe and Manchester’s Band on the Wall.

In the past couple of years she has broken away to mark a new path as a solo artist creating her own DIY funky, soulful sound packed full of emotive melodies. Recently Alice has enjoyed multiple radio plays and festival appearances, including Green Man, Kendal Calling and Secret Garden Party.

“If her music feels like it knows you, it’s because she’s singing straight from the heart”

Launching the first week of November are our new Pre-school FunSplash sessions – a relaxed and playful swimming experience designed especially for children aged 0 to 4 years and their parents or carers.

These sessions are the perfect way to introduce little ones to the water in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Through gentle, engaging activities, children can build water confidence, develop early swimming skills, and most importantly – enjoy splashing around with their grown-ups!

Whether it’s your baby’s first time in the pool or your toddler’s favourite weekly outing, FunSplash is all about making memories and nurturing a love for swimming from the very start.

Please note: For safety and enjoyment, the supervision ratio is one adult (18+) per child.
